Behind the Glass: Meet Danielle, Sales Advisor at Camel Glass
At Camel Glass, our customers work closely with their Sales Advisor from the initial enquiry through to completion. From understanding what they want to achieve to helping them find the right windows, doors or glazing solution, our sales team plays an important part in making sure every project runs smoothly.
For this month’s Behind the Glass, we’re introducing Danielle, a Sales Advisor at our Redruth branch. We caught up with Danielle to find out more about her role, her route into the glazing industry and what she enjoys most about helping customers bring their projects to life.

Getting to know Danielle
Danielle works closely with customers throughout their projects, building relationships, handling enquiries and quotes, and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Her route into the glazing industry came through sales, where she found that she enjoyed both the industry itself and, importantly, the people side of the role.
“I got into glazing through sales and quickly enjoyed the industry and the people side of it. Camel Glass felt like a good fit for me, with a great team and plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.”
Since joining Camel Glass, Danielle has built her experience around sales and customer relationships. Communication, reliability and organisation are all important parts of her role, particularly when it comes to making sure the details of a project are right.
More than just taking an order
For customers, the sales process can sometimes look fairly straightforward from the outside: make an enquiry, choose your products and place an order.
Behind the scenes, there’s much more involved.
Danielle’s day-to-day role includes handling enquiries and quotes, following up on opportunities, checking details and communicating with customers to make sure everything is in place.
As Danielle explains, “It’s not just taking an order – there’s a lot of communication, checking details and making sure everything is right before it reaches the customer.”
That attention to detail is an important part of creating a positive customer experience. Every project is different, and understanding exactly what a customer wants is key to finding a solution that works for their home.
Finding the right solution
One of the things Danielle enjoys most about her role is helping customers turn an idea into a finished project.
She particularly enjoys being involved in larger or more unusual projects, where there may be different options to consider and a little more problem-solving involved.
“It’s rewarding seeing an idea go from the initial conversation through to the finished project, especially when the customer is really happy with the result.”
For Danielle, it’s about listening to what the customer wants and finding a way to make it work.
That approach also shapes the advice she would give to anyone considering improving their home with new windows, doors or glazing.
“Go with what you want and what you’ve envisioned for your home. We can always look at scaling things back if needed, but it’s best to start with your dream and see what we can make work.”
What makes Camel Glass different?
With a wide range of products and services available through Camel Glass, Danielle believes one of the biggest advantages for customers is being able to find so much under one roof.
“I think what makes Camel Glass different is the range of products we offer. Customers can come to us for all their needs rather than having to deal with multiple companies, which makes the whole process much easier for them.”
From windows and doors to glazing and other home improvement solutions, having access to a broad range of products means the team can focus on finding the solution that best suits each individual project.
Life as a Sales Advisor at Camel Glass
For Danielle, being a sales advisor comes down to communication, reliability and getting the details right.
Whether she’s responding to an initial enquiry, preparing a quote, following up on an opportunity or helping to find a solution for a more unusual project, her role is about making the process as straightforward as possible for the customer.
It’s this combination of product knowledge, communication and attention to detail that helps turn an initial idea into a finished project.
We’re proud to have Danielle as part of Team Camel at our Redruth branch and look forward to seeing more of the projects she helps bring to life.
