Something that makes our Holsworthy branch incredibly unique is that it also houses our aluminium fabrication department which is responsible for manufacturing our fantastic TrueVUE and Schuco range.

We take pride in fabricating aluminium windows as well as bi-fold and patio doors to an extremely high-standard. Our experienced and knowledgeable locally based team use only the latest manufacturing techniques to guarantee we develop robust, reliable and long-lasting systems.

Our fabrication process begins with selecting high-quality aluminium profiles, which are cut and shaped to precise specifications. Skilled fabricators meticulously punch, drill, and mill the profiles to create openings for hardware components. Parts are then assembled using advanced joining techniques like crimping or welding for both aesthetics and structural integrity.

Quality control is paramount throughout the entire process, with rigorous inspections conducted at every stage to ensure products meet our strict standards for performance and aesthetics.
