I’m very pleased with the French Doors fitted last Friday. Not an easy job as they were fitted in a room above the garage and had to be hoisted manually! John and Dave the two fitters were brilliant though. Nothing was too much trouble and did a neat job. Thank you.

From the sales visit, the surveyor visit, the ordering, through to installation, we have been very impressed with Camel Glass. The whole team have been professional, courteous and delivery of the door was pretty much in line with expectations. On the day, the fitter was great. He took his time, clearly wanted to do a great job (which he did!) and was clean and tidy. We were very impressed from start to finish and would recommend Camel Glass without hesitation. This is the 3rd job they have done for us and it won't be the last!!!

Great service from start to finish. Every team member was very friendly and knowledgeable. I knew I was in good hands from Russ’s professional approach to the surveying. The window fitting itself was smooth and painless. Andy, Russell, Jack & Lee were very conscientious and worked hard to make sure the fitting was perfect. Andy & Lewis returned to complete the finishing off and bent over backwards to achieve a pristine finish. I expected the need to do some re-plastering around the windows, but all existing plastering was completely untouched. Great job & windows look great.

"Five years ago I chose Camel to supply & fit a number of windows, a back door and a front door for me in my house in Combe Martin. I was delighted with the price that I paid and the result.
I wrote just to let you know that I was very please with the result and that the fitters had done a fine Job.
I had no hesitation in going back to Camel recently for our other windows to be supplied and fitted.
The job was completed last week. The chap who came to do the measuring for the windows obviously did a good job as the fitters didn’t appear to have any trouble fitting the windows. The fitters did an excellent job and were very efficient.
I am delighted with the quality and appearance of the windows and they have brought a number of praises from neighbours and passers by alike. I hope you get more business as a result."

I wanted to email and say just how totally impressed I am with Sam and Terry.
Matt and his crew were also brilliant on installation day, but Sam and Terry have just raised the bar in terms of customer service, willingness to find a solution and by being incredible ambassadors for Camel Glass. They also have an incredible eye for detail!
I hope you have a system of recognition for your team of people because these guys are brilliant.
We still have stuff to work through with windows, sealing, Juliet balconies etc but praise and recognition should always be given where due…and it’s totally due with Sam and Terry.

"Called Camel glass in to fix an Everest door handle and door. They turned up on time, and quickly too, sorted out one problem, then ordered in the new handle which was fixed within the week. Result no more leaking door and handle now works. All the chaps were polite, friendly, efficient and didn't leave a scrap of mess, which I have come to expect having replaced some of the old everest rubbish with the superior camel glass products Five stars all round for this and previous jobs, and highly recommended for quality of products and for the people who fit them."
